Delivery photographs
We photograph deliveries to evidence that a parcel arrived and to record where it was left. Photographs are taken of the parcel at the delivery location. Our drivers are instructed not to photograph people, and to frame the shot on the parcel and its immediate surroundings only.
Delivery photographs are visible to anyone holding the tracking number for that parcel. If a photograph concerns you, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. If you use the chat widget, your messages and technical data are processed by that provider — see the Cookie Policy.

Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place — typically UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement. International parcels necessarily involve sharing recipient details with customs authorities and delivery partners in the destination country.
